I would like to extend my gratitude to Carrom for sponsoring this post.
Carrom would love if everyone would unplug and spend more quality time with family on Oct 16th. What is UNPLUG? It means bring back family game night and turn off electronics. Join the movement today on FACEBOOK.
When I told the kids what we were going to do on Oct 16th, their reactions were hilarious and so different. ….What the heck….you want us to do what? UNPLUG…What? Woohoo! Then they wanted to know what that all entailed. I explained on Oct 16th we will put up our phones, computers, TV, and game systems. You should have seen the looks on their faces.I told them it will be fun. We will be able to enjoy each other’s company and PLAY GAMES. They grew up in this electronic age so this is so weird for them. I’m asking my readers to do the same #UnPlugwithCarrom on Oct 16th 6pm to 10pm and I hope I gt a better reaction from them. Please let me know what game you will be playing.
My daughter she was super happy.
My son not so much!
I was super excited when I was chosen to receive a Carrom game for the family to play. We have been having Family Game Night’s almost every Wednesday night for a couple of months. Bingo or cards seems to be our favorites. However, we have a new favorite now: SKITTLES from .
Skittles is a fun game for everyone! You spin the top hoping it knocks down all the pins and getting the most points. We had a hard time getting the 100 & 200 points and when we did we jumped for joy! This game is competitive and fun. The board is made out of wood and so sturdy. When we have friends over lately we pull this out and have a blast!
Here is my husband playing:
